What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?
Because of better tracking and reporting, we've discovered that Salesforce has improved our productivity. It has aided us in creating trip planning and automating processes utilizing built-in technologies. With all of the changes they offer to Salesforce CRM, it has expanded tremendously in a short period of time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In SalesForce, I enjoy creating reports. It controls how data can be organized based on information linkages at different levels. Salesforce is extremely adaptable. It's an excellent solution for companies with highly particular processes and guidelines to follow. The reports are also excellent. This is a platform that may be used in a variety of ways. It may be used for more than just sales right out of the box.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In lightning mode, the cache is a fantastic function. However, repeated refreshes will pose an issue when building some parts on aura or lwc because the cache will not update the newest code changes. This is a very uncommon occurrence.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This software comes highly recommended by me to firms searching for a great CRM with new features. The immediacy of the chat assistance is the most notable aspect of this product. Through this CRM, we can deliver excellent chat support. As a result, I strongly encourage everyone to give it a shot right now.

Makes it so much easier to log emails and phone calls into Salesforce
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very nice features for tracking and logging email. Comprehensive, easy to use! Added functionality beyond the basic e-mail app for the Android OS, which makes daily tasks easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A little slow but otherwise a time saver. Would you please remove the calendar notifications? I use Google Calendar and have no intention of replacing it with this Salesforce Inbox app.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I will advise to use it if you have your own business, it help a lot and try it. I can assure you, you will suggest to those person who will require it,
