It takes some coding knowledge to be able to customize fields. I let IT do it.

What's really cool about Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise is that businesses can shape it to fit how they work without needing tech experts. It's like a customizable tool that grows with your company, whether you're just starting or already big. And it's not just a standalone thing – it easily connects with other apps, making sales and connecting with customers smoother. It's like having a personalized assistant for your business!

What do you dislike most about this product?

So some people say Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise can be a bit expensive, especially for small businesses. If you're not super techy, it might take a bit to figure it all out – not the easiest thing to use. And, here and there, users have mentioned the system acting up, slowing down or taking breaks unexpectedly. So, while it has its good points, these things could be a hassle for some folks but I on the development side does not dislike anything about the product.

Unlike other CRMs, it doesn't just assign scores based on historical data, it predicts future interactions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Salesforce is awesome in automating the contract lifecycle. It's not just about storing contracts - it actively tracks milestones and renewal dates

What do you dislike most about this product?

The initial user onboarding can be complex. This complexity caught up with us during a time-sensitive lead follow-up where some team members struggled to swiftly locate and update critical lead information

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implement scenario-based training for Salesforce. Immersing users in real-life scenarios during training can accelerate the learning process
