How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

What differentiates Responsive from other similar products?
I have not tried other similar products, so I cannot say what the differentiators are.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Responsive is the Content Library. We have tried several organizational approaches to our content, and the robust features of the Content Library allows for so many different set-ups and configurations. I'm currently going through our nearly 10,000 Q&A pairs to consolidate, re-organize, and structure it in a way that works better for us, and this project is a true joy for someone like me who loves metadata, star ratings, and other details.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are bugs that frequently appear, especially in the Grid View, which seems to be a less-commonly used view and perhaps gets forgotten in the testing process. However, whenever I contact support regarding these bugs, they are quick to help and solve the issue, or escalate if needed. I also find the UI to be not very intuitive, with many simple actions buried under various menus, and even after using this product daily for several years, I still have to click a few different times and in a few different places in order to find what I want. In some cases I even need to contact support to find out how to do something that should be easy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider different strategies when implementing in terms of loading content. We, and our sister company, were advised to load in all of our RFPs and just let the system figure it out, but this resulted in a mess. Carefully selecting and curating the initial content takes more time, but is worth it in the long run.
