What differentiates Ramco ERP from other similar products?

The cost, the must have features for the business, no additional fancy stuff which can increase the cost, maintenance and over all ROI, easy customization in case of unique domain requirement. Majority product deals with Microsoft technology, that makes the easy team assembling, the skillset required for the product administration is easy to find.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can directly write reports as you like with various reporting tools, easy configurable

What do you dislike most about this product?

The retro design sometime makes you feel dull.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking good featured product with limited budget and wanted to have good support from the vendor, I believe they stood good, its a good product to go with. be clear with your business process, try write down to the most detailed point with all ifs and when's, the better your business requirement clarity, this product will fit accordingly and also be ready to accept some process level changes, that will come along with the product. if you don't have in-house developer then do detailed change request to get the best solution with less time frame.

My favourite aspect of Ramco ERP is its AI-driven automation and voice-enabled interface. The system reduces manual work by using chatbots, predictive analytics, and machine learning to automate tasks like inventory management, payroll processing, and demand forecasting. This makes operations faster, smarter, and more efficient, especially for industries like aviation, logistics, and manufacturing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My biggest dislike about Ramco ERP is its limited third-party integrations compared to SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Maximize its AI-driven forecasting, chatbots, and automation tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. The UI and workflows differ from mainstream ERPs, so investing in proper user training is crucial.
