What differentiates Qualtrics CoreXM from other similar products?
Qualtrics is the gold standard for research, so you know that any data analysis will be robust.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use, like the visuals that it generates. Customer service has also improved remarkably.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a bit pricey for what it does, even though pricing has been reduced. Data generation can be unreliable though and you have to go to customer service to fix things.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a good product is you care about the quality of your data.

What differentiates Qualtrics CoreXM from other similar products?
To be honest, I do not know. Qualtrics was recommended to me over Survey Monkey by a colleague experienced with surveys and I followed that advise.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All the ways in which you can differentiate the data by the automatically provided participant categories and the customised ones.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When I use visualisations I cannot customise the numbers etc on the x and y axes in terms of font and size. When I exported some, the numbers were too small to use for a PowerPoint presentation and sometimes they come out on top of each other, so they’re unreadable. I contacted support about this, but they couldn’t do anything about it. Finally, sometimes there’s an error when I look at the data as reports, I think it says ‘widget error’ and I can’t see the data.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Watch the free training videos and get familiar with its features and the service available for support. I recommend Qualtrics because it is easy to use and reliable. I did my first survey with Qualtrics. It has a broad range of features and tools that make analysis and presentation of data easy. Support was fairly quick, usually within 24 hours but sometimes up to two days, and they solved my problem 8 out of 10 times. If I had to do another survey, then I would use Qualtrics again.

We have used Qualtrics CoreXM to create surveys, collect data, evaluate our progress, and analyze how we can improve. I can check people's tastes and needs in various ways, thus ensuring that the company's style and design meet everyone's needs. The statistics and analysis provided have served us well for statistical analysis fostering success.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Qualtrics CoreXM gives us a deep analysis obtained from surveys, questionnaires, and other tools. It combines powerful features and ease of use to facilitate your work, receiving real-time feedback on the data collected. I can design surveys easily, with different options and questions, totally customized to my liking. It is compatible with any device, mobile or desktop.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The software requires some training, but once you master it, it will become the most intuitive tool and take full advantage of all its features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I can recommend Qualtrics CoreXM for any scenario and company; you will have the tools to collect and analyze data collected through surveys and questionnaires easily; thanks to this, we can convert our potential customers to consume more of our services and love our campaigns. In short, it allows any organization to efficiently collect and analyze people experience data to take specific actions based on the beliefs, emotions, and feelings of customers and employees; you can apply it to many types of research.
