The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Planhat from other similar products?
Without any previous experience and after using Planhat for one week, I was able to complete nearly all required tasks. Planhat is extremely logical! Additionally, it works with a tonne of CRMS, which is great! I believe that Planhat’s assistance is the best because it is so amazing and quick, both from our designated CSM and the technical side.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I adore how simple it is to create reports that display my customers’ health. It is simple to log an upcoming action for one of my clients and to compile a daily digest of what is due, what is upcoming, and what I can defer. Their customer assistance is also fantastic, as you might anticipate from a business built to be a tool for customer success!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Due to a bug, it has been difficult for me to be as transparent with my management about my customers as I’d like to be, necessitating a lot of manual work. Their development staff is developing a fix. I’m confident that it will be a short-term problem because of how responsive their support staff and CSM are!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Offers a broad range of options for CSMs and administrator users, is dependable in its support, and is current with CS best practices. We can better manage our client portfolio thanks to the system, which also gives us clear insights into the accounts. Due to PH, our risk management has also improved, and we are currently switching from a reactionary to a proactive approach to risk. One of the easiest tools to use!
