Strong features are AI search, Permissions with groups.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Scalability and permissions but these need updating to be more intuitive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Too many bugs!! Workflows have not been thought out completely. A certain amount of unreliability
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it, if you need a true DAM and are willing to invest time in set up and learning it is worth it. Support id great but frustrating as there seem to be issues that are still not fixed.
