Paycom was a lot more intuitive and thorough than other products we've used. The cost saving alone was helpful for our business.

We like how the breakdowns are per employee are easy to review which helps our cost analysis greatly for our business

More updates would be nice, perhaps more streamlined elements, but overall can't complain.

Contacting the customer service team and asking them what they can offer in certain areas where your current software is creating frustrations.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
Our organization has recently made the switch to Paycom from a previous payroll provider. The implementation staff was fantastic to work with. They paid close attention and were quick to respond. At every time we needed them, they were available to answer our questions and address our issues.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The new Paycom representative we were assigned is less helpful than the previous one. So far, this is the only problem we've seen with Paycom. We'd appreciate it if our newly allocated rep were more communicative.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a need to increase responsiveness and slow down the implementation process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Paycom excels at providing a centralized location for employees to view their various personal records. It's simple to use, both for employees and administrators. Following up effectively is one area where they can improve.
