What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
Paycom works with large companies, whether in the HR or Payroll area, unlike UpAbility, whose interface is less thick, therefore it is difficult to work with companies with multiple employees.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When looking for good HR software, Paycom is happy to offer all the necessary tools for a good job, be it hiring, firing, payroll, among others. Everything is stored digitally, definitively eliminating the use of physical paper, which was not only annoying at the time of writing, but also avoids time and spaces free of paper. Having access from any mobile device, laptop, or desktop.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Like all tool-heavy software, it tends to be a bit slow.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Time savings, space for the accumulation of papers where what we already have digitized for today was written, zero inconvenience, we help each other and share the work among colleagues, having easy access, from anywhere and regardless of the time. Definitely the use of Paycom in our company has been of great help.

The main improvement would be to make it more applicable for salary employees so they don’t need to input their hours

has cloud capabilities with data proliferation, work with larger businesses.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Advanced automation and customization throughout all tools. Single sign-in platform that automatically syncs data across all parts of the system. Direct Data Exchange tool to manage use of the system. Phone and email support available. Self-service app available for iOS and Android. Quote-based pricing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
PTO cannot auto-reduce for hourly staff if it makes them exceed 40 hours per week. Carrier feeds not complete by go-live date (mostly in part due to unresponsive carriers). It is difficult to reprogram our time clock bells. Over time, the bell rings 1 or 2 minutes earlier than the actual time. Secure uploader response when submitting items here. There is no email notification option when assigning performance goals and performance reviews. I would like to be able to notify the employee that this action item is in their queue by sending an email when assigned and/or they should get a notification in the EE view (indicated by the bell in the to
