The Oracle PeopleSoft CRM provides multichannel interaction with customers/prospects that includes the “chatting” channel. It is user-friendly and used on many different mobile devices. Allows the users to write the report related to the recent ongoing project. Does the complete job data tracking includes different jobs code, pay ranges, etc. The integration with the Vemo and Kronos tools helps in keeping the teammate's insight reports. Allows the multiple screen display at a time. PeopleSoft customer support is quite helpful. Allows changes in profile and also notifies the other user to avoid the clash.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This makes the product management effective and helps the sales teams in providing the proper definition of the products along with the products hierarchy. PeopleSoft CRM provides complete talent management and global recruiting services making human resource management easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
PeopleSoft requires more improvement in the time tracking and workforce management functionality and the notifications. It needs to work more on the report customization features to make it easier to be personalized in any way.

System log off after some time of usage is creating severe problems for the user as there is a risk of data loss and it requires more effort to start from the initial stage.
