What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Professional from other similar products?

Supports sales representatives during the marketing funnel. Allows for relatively rapid quoting, providing the client with a rapid estimate. It allows the organization to simplify the procedure and manner of dealing with sales from proposal to purchase, and it assists our service professionals in handling RMAs and product situations on a worldwide scale.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We utilize this software throughout our firm, not just by sales people or departments, it houses a majority of the critical database files for our commodities and sales prices system. Our product management and marketer customers utilize the software to collect sales data and carry out assessments, among other things.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Gathering data into client files is inconvenient because information entered into a client file in relation to a position for which they are prospective wasn't featured in the overall client file. Because this is a Microsoft product, number of clicks continues to remain excessive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The software does a good job of storing your database files on clients and guiding you through the stages of converting a lead into an official order. The home screen feature gives a few well-optimized observations for each company segment, making this a useful business product.
