What differentiates LiveChat HelpDesk from other similar products?

The number of integrations made available on Livechat is what I think sets it apart from similar products. Livechat currently integrates with over two hundred software products and within my department, we integrate Livechat with fifteen software tools. This enable us automate multiple operational , marketing and sales workflows , while making it easier to track customer interactions across every of our sales channels.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reports and analytics is among the many areas where Livechat really excels. Livechat provides I and my team with data and statistics around every of our interaction using the software. This has enabled us as a team to monitor and track the effectiveness of our sales workflow, approach and strategy continiously,.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I personally do not think there is anything I dislike about Livechat. As a helpdesk program, Livechat simply gets the job done for I and my team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I am of the opinion, that Livechat is a software to be at least considered ,by all sales and marketing teams.

What differentiates LiveChat HelpDesk from other similar products?

Has to be the quality of features and capabilities. At this moment, it is my opinion that there is no help desk software out there, with the standout features and functionalities present on Livechat.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love Livechat integrations. They are a crucial way for us to engage with our customers across multiple platforms , asides from our website. As a result of Livechat's integration, we are engaging customers more effectively and getting faster responses from them .

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my own opinion, I believe Livechat has far exceeded our needs and expectations. There is just no negatives to point to, in my experience using Livechat.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For organisations concerned about fast paced and efficient engagement with customers and sales prospects, Livechat is a tool to consider.

What differentiates LiveChat HelpDesk from other similar products?

It is easy to use and implementation was also fine, I was not part of the implementation it is normally taken care by our IT team. Best part is when our teams are offline, Helpdesk plays a big role while our client contacts during weekends and holidays. We haven't used any other product so I cannot share the differentiators, but this solution is the best as per my experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everything to be honest, we really like this product, however the best part is that it can check the order, provide them TAT on orders, and it is effective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times the responses are not relevant, which is flagged by few of our clients, i guess every solution needs a improvement nothing is perfect, but this is something which needs improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Simply go for it, it will help your Customer service team to grow.
