The best tool for lead routing if you use SFDC

What differentiates LeanData from other similar products?
The versatility of LeanData for almost any business case is impressive. We moved from tapping into our SFDC developers to enabling our marketing/sales team to create our routing scenarios taking into account all the rules of engagement that are stablished in an enterprise org.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The client services team is awesome. We have monthly calls to discuss about our ongoing projects with the tool and they were always helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It misses some analytics features that would be important to analyze the effectiveness. It also needs more integrations with Microsoft apps.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're using SFDC and have an org with complicated business rules for routing, this is by far the most versatile solution.
