KnowledgeOwl is what all SaaS should be.

What differentiates KnowledgeOwl from other similar products?
First and foremost it would be customer service. The KO team is there when you need them and they know their stuff. Second would be the ability to customize the platform so that only the features and capabilities you need are visible. Third would be reliability. It just works and it works all the time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customer service
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's literally nothing I dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Carefully consider what a successful knowledge base deployment would look like, break down that perspective into all of the use cases and ancillary issues (for example security) that would be necessary to make it happen, and then discuss these with the KO team to determine if/how they can enable every use case.
Pros
- Helps Innovate

Amazing Product, backed by amazing support!

What differentiates KnowledgeOwl from other similar products?
In looking at other products we found that KnowledgeOwl's focus on being the best knowledge base platform rather than a knowledge base, as a ticketing system, and a communications tool allowed us the ability to implement the vision that we had for how we wanted our support teams the easiest way to not only transition from our old KB but to be able to grow the accessibility and development of sharing that KB with other teams in the company tree.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Personally, it is the people. If the support team behind the product are knowledgeable and enjoy what they do with their product then the output can be amazing. The people that we have worked with from support specialists even up to the CEO (Chief Executive Owl) herself helping when we put out the call have been amazing and beyond helpful in getting our KB off the ground and getting better and better every day!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Currently, the only thing I would like to see is support for uploading and implementing HTML files directly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a product that is nearly ready to go "out of the box" with a wizardry of options and a support team to match then you will love this product. KO offers not only a fantastic jumping-off point to just simply get started but the freedom to grow and customize everything from the look and feel but the function of your knowledge base.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
