Integrating Jira with certain third party tools is easy so that's the best part with respect to other products like smartsheet which we have used before

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Insights provided to the admin with respect to progress of the project, dependency handling, and data control are the best aspects

What do you dislike most about this product?

Training new employees to use this software is kind of lengthy task

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended as compared to other products. First-time Implementation is easy and fast. Much better and fast services since it is cloud based.
