What differentiates Jira Software Cloud Premium from other similar products?

Jira's product discovery platforms support for Kanban and Scrum visual boards makes it unique and adequate for managing the lifecycle of all products we are building.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration between Jira product discovery platform and the standard Jira software project management tool, for me is what has impressed me the most. As a result of this integration, my team has access to a more robust user story mapping mechanism, that combines epics with effective user story execution. . This is vital for efficiently mapping out the potential journey flow of users of our products , while identifying idea pain points and ensuring all stakeholders on my team maintain a shared understanding . The above has brought greater visibility into our in-house product discovery workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It requires a high amount of setup and customization to align it with our in-house goals, as it relates to in-departmental identified product management visions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

From my experience using this platform the last few months, Jira product delivery has proven to be an essential cornerstone in my department, for managing the complete lifecycle of key products, from ideation to eventual product delivery.
