Like Intercom allows you to customize and automate the support bots to suit the customer base without any coding skills, also the shared inbox to manage and respond to any conversation on the website through mobile apps and mail electronic.

Intercom is slow in terms of customer support is an area that could be improved.

What differentiates Intercom from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Intercom for chat communications between client and agents, it allows you to customize the questions so that the client communicates with the correct area, with the option of integration with Slack, and with email so that chats do not go unnoticed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Intercom is expensive, although its performance-rewarding features are excellent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Intercom to broadcast messages to clients, group them and store data about them, also to understand where these clients come from and how many times they have visited your site.
