What differentiates IBM DRaaS from other similar products?

This is an excellent tool for accelerating the creation of bots. Because learning was a relatively rapid process, the IBM RPA UI made learning much more accessible. Additionally, the automation features are complete. This offering is excellent for individuals who are just starting with RPA. Service quality in terms of professionalism, friendliness, and call response time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform is an improved iteration of the standard RPA solutions. This package is a terrific resource for someone just beginning their RPA adventure. There are several advantages to running several bots on one server, including the ability to combine them with catboats, OCR, and other applications. It functions both in an attended process and an unattended operation well. Excellent error handling is used.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Web service integration has to be strengthened. The use of workarounds, such as URL, is still preferable. The inefficiency slows down development a little. Another unfavorable appointment concerning REST integration Sometimes, a product's execution shows an error, but it doesn't always explain why. The website mapping tool occasionally has trouble locating a particular website.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The developer community in the IBM Robotic Process Automation ecosystem is excellent. With its low-code IDE and sizable command library, you can design automation for the web, Windows desktop, and even catboats. The tool is incredibly easy to use, requiring little technical expertise for simple development, and we have a support team always available to address queries and issues.
