What differentiates HubSpot ABM from other similar products?

The ability to create custom properties for our target accounts is a huge advantage. We can track information that is specific to our industry and sales process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that we created a property called "ideal customer profile tier". We can now filter and report on our accounts based on how good of a fit they are for us. It's very powerful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It took some time to set up all the custom properties and get the team to use them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to set up your custom properties. It will pay off in the long run.

What differentiates HubSpot ABM from other similar products?

Other tools made it hard to define and manage our target accounts. Hubspot's interface is very simple and visual, making it easy to build and manage our lists.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that i can create different tiers for my target accounts. We have tier 1 for our dream clients and tier 2 for our good-fit companies. This helps us to prioritize our efforts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there was a better way to get recommendations for new target accounts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great tool for organizing and focusing your sales and marketing efforts.

What differentiates HubSpot ABM from other similar products?

As a salesperson, i used to get a lot of low-quality leads. Now, marketing focuses on our target accounts, so the leads i get are from companies we actually want to sell to.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that i can see the full history of engagement with an account before i make a call. I know which ads they've seen and which pages they've visited. It makes my calls so much warmer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the data on company profiles, like employee count, is not very accurate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For sales reps, this means less time wasted and more time talking to the right people.
