What differentiates Helix ALM from other similar products?
I've used DOORs ClearCase/ClearQuest and RMTrack (Still use). Helix is by far the easiest to uses and train new users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It very easy to learn for new users, but tremendously configurable for power users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not so easy to setup the first time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Plan on spending some time with the initial setup. It is possible to do it yourself, but Perforce can help a lot for the less adventurous. It is not like installing Microsoft Office.
