Does the job well for us with great support

What differentiates HCL Digital Experience from other similar products?
The majority of my experience has been with IBM so I'm not the best suited to compare it to other products. From others have mentioned is the easier implementation IBM WCM had vs. the previous Oracle suite of products being used.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When we need support it's been there for us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the tutorials and documentation could be better so as to eliminate my need for contacting support, but it hasn't been terrible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
IIBM WebContent gives us the tools we need to streamline our web publishing. The preloaded content saves us time as does the content repository.
