I like EngageBay because it is suitable for companies looking to simplify and optimize their business processes in one place. At our company, we use EngageBay to manage our marketing and sales activities efficiently. I have encountered minor inconveniences and I can say that the only one that I think should be taken into account is the initial learning curve to use all the functions of the software.

What differentiates EngageBay from other similar products?
What differentiates EngageBay from other similar products is the breadth of features that EngageBay has. From the Marketing side, automated Emails, SmS Broadcasts, and Landing Pages, to the Sales CRM, Contact Management, Deal Tracking, automation, etc. If one needs to use the support service it's also available in Engagebay. I love the fact that it's an all-in-one platform for these intertwined departments and helps these departments to stay connected and be on the same page. I believe this is the major differentiator for me and also how easy it is to use the platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since I spend more time with clients or prospects, my favorite aspect of the product would be the Deal Tracker. Before we started using EngageBay, it was a little challenging for the whole team to track the Deals we have created and to see where a client is in the Sales Pipeline, but with EngageBay, you are able to quickly see where a certain client or prospect is, in the Sales Pipeline. The Salesperson just has to move the prospect to the respective position in the Sales Pipeline.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing I dislike about EngageBay so far, I'm happy with all the features it has and it serves to our needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend anyone who is considering buying the product to do intense research, go through some of the reviews from people who have actually used the product, and weigh out their options to see if the product would be a good fit for you with the challenges you are facing or the problems you want to solve and also consider the tech-stack you have, to see if you will be able to integrate the product to some of the tech stack you use.
