What differentiates eFront Pro from other similar products?

It is our favorite software to carry out training within the company, we use it both for the training of new personnel and for the improvement of the personnel who have time in it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the breadth of the product, it is a fairly flexible product with a large multitude of options, so much so that sometimes one does not know what to choose, and with a robust operation that does not usually fail at any time. Its solutions are quite innovative and allow satisfying any training need no matter how difficult it may seem, it is without a doubt the product with the widest spectrum on the market.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The first problem that the software presents is its customization, it costs a lot for the product to adapt to the needs of the company and it manages to conform to what we really want, therefore we had to turn to a third party to help us at that point. Another detail of great importance is training in the use of the product that is not the most appropriate due to the little material that eFront provides for handling.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best of the product is undoubtedly its breadth, it can be used for any type of staff regardless of the area, the training available within eFront covers all the tastes and needs of any organization. Although there is not much material about how to use the product, its interface is quite intuitive and that helps a lot and thanks to its support, extensions can be made within the same platform, allowing the software to evolve as the company evolves.
