What differentiates Conga Composer from other similar products?

Conga composer allows a very fast and efficient way to merge data from Salesforce with templates. If you have experience its highly customizable

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Once configured, document generation is very good and produces great results. Excellent in combination with Conga Trigger as this provides a seamless experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Configuration takes getting used to, it is not very clear on the outset and the UI is not updated to lightning. Manual composer button should also allow for input of additional fields to use as parameters. A lot of functionality needs manual work to meet some business requirements

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Document generation uses offsite API's to communicate with (conga servers), this is not done locally within the org. Something to be aware of for security. Make use of the 30 day trial trial of the software and produces a PoC prior to purchasing would give satisfaction requirements can be met.
