What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

It is the platform that is greatly familiar with our team, hence the change of vendor or solution will seem to be impossible

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Features that are allowing our team to write in their own style,

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of licenses monitoring, once you buy 300 licenses, it should be sending you reminder if it is about to exceed

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Most company will probably be very familiar with this, and it is that way for many reasons, integration with Jira is one of the best thing

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence stands out because it seamlessly combines documentation with real-time collaboration and tight Jira integration. It feels purpose-built for project teams who need structure, traceability, and teamwork in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is having all project knowledge in one centralized, searchable space. It makes collaboration smoother and prevents information from getting lost.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most is that advanced task management and reporting require integrations with other tools

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it to teams that prioritize documentation and collaboration, especially if they already use Jira.
