What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is user-friendly and accessible. The platform's intuitive interface and straightforward navigation contribute to a seamless experience, allowing you to focus on creating content and collaborating without unnecessary complexity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's not as powerful as the desktop version. Doing big tasks or creating lots of content seems a bit trickier on the mobile app. Require additional approvals and must send an email to secure access to Confluence due to its elevated cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's super easy to use, and you can create and organize documents and projects seamlessly. The way it lets you collaborate in real-time and integrate with other tools like Jira is a game-changer. Plus, the interface is intuitive, making it accessible for everyone on the team. It's like having a centralized hub for all your project info, which is a lifesaver.

It helps our team to collaborate and share information by providing a centralized platform for creating, sharing, and organizing content. In addition, it can be used in conjunction with other Atlassian products, such as Jira and Bitbucket, to facilitate seamless collaboration across different aspects of project management and development.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Confluence makes it easy to manage the business requirement documents. It is really a good collaborative platform which helps me in interacting with my team members.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When real-time editing of multiple pages happen, unresponsive pages error occurs.

With its intuitive design and group editing tools, it is the perfect complement to Jira's project management capabilities, facilitating effective documentation and information sharing.

A great feature of Confluence is its ability to sync with Jira, allowing for real-time updates to our documentation as the project progresses. Facilitate the production, management and coordinated editing of documents. This helps teams resolve document organization, version control, and accessibility issues, leading to an improved and more efficient overall documentation management process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Two languages cannot be used simultaneously in a single document. An actual locking mechanism is included in the historic version. By offering more adjustable templates, Confluence can greatly improve the user experience. This would allow for greater flexibility in modifying content structures to meet the different needs of project teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The documentation is more organized and easier to find with its help. Sprint retrospectives and technical design documents (with approvals) are two other uses of confluence. The ability to collaborate with coworkers by exchanging notes. Additionally, I enjoy being able to select from a library of pre-designed templates and add approvals.
