What is Chorus by ZoomInfo?
Chorus was created to understand what influences conversation outcomes, and make it easy to learn from and influence the thousands of conversations your team has. Today, almost all of those conversations and the insights they contain are forgotten the second they end, except for the few notes captured in your CRM. We're changing that.

How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Great from Managers, Not so much for others

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
They have an app to listen to recorded calls, which is great when you are on the go.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite part is the ability to change the listening speed. Like a podcast, you can decrease or increase the speed at least 2x. The cybersecurity is great which is top of mind for many companies, but it may also contribute to it being less intuitive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The transcription could definitely use improvement. Any call where there's an accent gets transcribed poorly or not all. Intuitive note taking and integrating next steps within the app should be part of the software solution but is not, so in my case, I'm using 3 separate applications to effectively use Chorus to complete my next steps. If you recorded a video call, there's no option to minimize the video or listen without video loading. The video takes up at least 2/3rds of my computer screen and is incredibly annoying if I'm just looking for a specific note in the transcript.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're a manager, this tool is great, but for the everyday user, if you want your whole team on board, I would consider another solution like Avoma.
