Every now and then a call is missed, but it is rare.

If you are on a lot of client calls or calls where notes are required, this will improve your job significantly.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
I have not used other products like Chorus.ai so I am not sure.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Coaching aspect. The ability to comment & have my colleagues & manager comment back.
What do you dislike most about this product?
How long it takes for calls to appear. Sometimes I forget recordings that I had questions on. I make about 500-700 dials a day and having to come back the next day causes me to forget.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take advantage of some of the training so you can learn the great little features that are really helpful.

This is the only product I've used.

The transcripts and the ability to make snippets.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it doesn't show up for calls or it will leave early.

This is a very user friendly product that doesn't require the user to be tech savvy.
