What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The call recording makes my job easier

What do you dislike most about this product?

The transcript feature is incredibly inaccurate. Chorus doesn't join 25% of my calls because of system glitches.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

The ability to add Chorus.ai to any existing or ongoing call is a great functionality. And while the AI needs some work, the basic function of recording a call and having the AI differentiating the speaker is extremely helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The call recording as that helps me log the next steps and conversation highlights during the call. This definitely makes follow ups easier and more directed at the previous conversation(s).

What do you dislike most about this product?

The analytics feature needs some fine tuning. There are questions that are asked during a meeting that the system doesn't recognize as an "engaging question". I also feel like the "meeting is being recorded" voice announcement is a bit jarring.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't fully rely on the AI being able to detect questions, deal risks, and next steps.
