What differentiates Canva for Teams from other similar products?

One of the main differences I've noticed between Canva and other presentation creation and image editing platforms is that Canva has much more streamlined layouts and better quality for all types of presentations than other platforms like Prezi. Prezi has some great slide designs, great templates, but Canva beats it by far, Prezi's list of templates is over 400, plus Canva has much nicer fonts than Prezi, with better borders and more quality. In addition, Canva has a much smoother platform than Prezi, there is no delay when inserting many elements in a presentation, as in Prezi.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Canva is the great App it has for iOS devices. Currently, I use Canva on my iPhone device. It's amazing how I can integrate my computer with my App and have the presentations in the Canva cloud, so I can edit them from my computer and from my phone as many times as I want. This App allows me to see in real time, the changes I make from my computer, it's incredible, I don't have to wait any time for the information I inserted to be processed. I love Canva's autosave system, it's able to save my data every minute automatically, preventing data loss in power outages or network loss.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the main problems that I have presented in Canva is that there are no type of separator lines to be able to know exactly if a text is centered or not. When I have inserted the elements in the presentation, and I move them from one place to another, Canva does not reflect the center lines, to know if the text is well positioned. This has caused me to take much longer to arrange the elements, since I have to calculate exactly if the text is centered manually, since Canva does not offer me this option. I hope they can integrate it as soon as possible to make my experience even easier.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The main recommendation that I give to people who are considering starting to use this product is that they have a phone with good features, since the Canva App requires some requirements for it to work normally, it is a software with a high consumption on mobile devices. In addition, I also recommend that you immediately subscribe to a Canva paid plan, as the free version does not offer as many flashy templates and the fonts are very limited, but the Pro version is quite complete when it comes to features and working functions.

What differentiates Canva for Teams from other similar products?

It's natural to be able to accomplish everything with only a browser these days, but having a decent range of resources and templates is important. Documents and graphics for PowerPoint, as well as header pictures for Twitter, are produced and picked in advance, and the process is finished by simply adding numbers and text. Although not everyone is required to sign a contract at work, it is a highly useful tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can create internal advertisements for brochures and newspapers. Even if you lack considerable design abilities, you can quickly produce professional-looking brochures and banners by selecting the purpose, selecting the style, and experimenting a little bit with it because there are several templates accessible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In terms of design, the materials available are extremely limited. In my perspective, practical designs are fairly limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When creating a flier, simply choose the template foundation and make a few changes, and you'll have a stunning flier in no time! With Canva you can also animate the banner of your company's home page. It may be used as a reference for brochure design, and anybody involved in brochure and poster production should look at it at least once. The use of Canva has enhanced the quality of everyday internal documents, making communication simpler, and it is now feasible to generate materials that are not humiliating to have as external materials. I believe that having a multi-account contract in-house is a valuable service.

Canva has a lot of materials and templates, which are helpful in creating marketing or advertising content.

It is easy to share with other users and work on the same document together. The breadth and quality of features is fantastic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing really! It serves the current needs well.

Great product. Even the basic, unpaid version is very useful.
