What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What’s lowkey brilliant about Avaya Cloud Office is how it folds voice, video, messaging, and even fax (yes, some vendors still ask for those) into one platform. No jumping between apps, no trying to remember where that voicemail landed. Plus, call recording options have been a game-changer for HR trainings — it lets us review or share important sessions without worrying about missing key points.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A tiny gripe? The interface could stand to be a little more intuitive for first-time users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Avaya has made it ridiculously easy for HR to stay reachable without being chained to a desk phone.
