What differentiates Attentive from other similar products?

They offer numerous opportunities to engage with the business and learn new ways to optimize your use of their tool - with webinars, trainings and guest speakers from experts across multiple industries. They are also wonderful to their clients and provide number of incentives and make your business feel valued. Feedback from clients is heard and taken into consideration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Attention paid to clients and numerous virtual learning and networking opportunities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a bit pricey

What differentiates Attentive from other similar products?

Their white glove service. They will step in to help with outside the box or even basic projects and they are always friendly/ available..

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use and start-up. You can start sending messages and generating revenue in what feels like days.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing about the product but at times the reps seem to push toward ideas that require more messages being sent even when I didn't feel the opportunity was right for the business (pushing certain holidays, adding additional flow touchpoints, etc.)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try! They may even offer a free trial.

What differentiates Attentive from other similar products?

Primarily I would say that Attentive's main differentiation is the quality of their CSM team, their ability to help manage conversational commerce and the speed at which they're able to put out updates that stay ahead of the competition.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity and white glove service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My main issue is the inability to back up our data with our own services. I'm not particularly confident that we would be able to move our subscribers to a new service if we were to have an interest in moving services.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend most people looking to start an SMS program look into services that allow easier porting of subscribers out for initially starting their program (Klaviyo is a good option). Once the SMS program has grown to a mid to large sized revenue generator, at that point I would look at switching to Attentive as their white glove service can help get more value from a mid sized or larger list.
