The monthly business trainings, case studies and release presentations.

Tags do not fully integrate with Tableau

Attentive is a best in class solution for sms/mms. Great complementary channel to email.

What differentiates Attentive from other similar products?

Innovation and customer service. Attentive is always looking at future trends and incorporating into their software. And their customer support is knowledgable and fast. The customer support will also give you training so you know to fix the problem by yourself in the future.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Testing. It is easy to do A/B testing and try multiple variables. I thought an interesting one was adjusting the time between purchase/add to cart to the follow-up text.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It was sometimes hard to get a meeting set-up with our rep. But most of the time their customer support can answer questions anyway.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're considering, you should sign-up for SMS marketing from some of their existing clients and see what/how they use it for. I'm not sure if they still are, but Disney Store uses Attentive.
