What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana has been one of the best project and task management tool we use as a team member to organize, track and manage our workforce easily. Its great because it helps us to monitor task progress with status updates and checklists. It's simple to organize projects into tasks and subtasks. Its easy to assign tasks to team members and set deadlines and priorities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the automation workflow which helps us to automate repetitive tasks with rules. I like the user-friendly, clean, intuitive and easy-to-use interface makes onboarding experience phenomenal and easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only concern is lack of built in time tracking which requires third-party integration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend for it's collaboration, flexibility, integration and automation.

The ability to view and manage team areas, track how long tasks have been in progress, and monitor overall progress.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The rules still have errors in recurring tasks, which can be annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a team and many tasks, it’s a very good tool for managing multiple clients.
