What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Sharing information is a vital part of our work. In this globalized and virtualized world, working on the same project with colleagues who are physically far from our workplace is becoming an everyday thing. They allow the entire work team to have access to the files they need to perform the task.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Asana not only allows me to share files, but also to access and work with the same information at the same time. It is a friendly tool that makes work easier without requiring a lot of training or technological knowledge. They are your backup. Before any problem with the machines, you can rest easy knowing that you will be able to access that information in the virtual space. They offer variety. It allows you to take stock of your needs. In addition to collaboration features like messaging and file sharing, Asana offers a customizable dashboard, basic automation features like automatic status updates, and the ability for task-dependent workflows.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far there are no features or functionalities that I don't like.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The use of Asana in the business environment, with the aim of improving communications and productivity, has been a crucial element in conducting video conferencing and virtual meetings. The main use is concentrated in company-client meetings or those carried out by the company's own partners.

I appreciate the effectiveness of asana because it visually simplifies my hard work, since it reduces the development stages of each project, allowing greater work performance and greater team productivity, thus maintaining pre-projected goals.

Using asana is extremely easy, it allows you to create projects, tasks and subtasks, it adjusts to any professional profile in any sector, since they allow you to control tasks, information, data quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very effective and somewhat expensive software. .
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Learning and taking advantage of experience: the same strategies that allow us to successfully complete certain projects are often used to use them in new ones, and we save design time, increasing the certainty of the result. Everything we do remains in the memory, for any project tomorrow or years from now, and all that knowledge is a real value for the company in the future.
