Great tool for managing any project.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
We use Asana exclusively for product management, beginning with the creation of epics, tasks, and features to assign to respective teams, and then tracking those tasks and bugs. I handle project tracking, updates, project statuses, and task and subtask prioritization. Time management, communication, project tracking, sharing, and many other advantages have been provided to me. I like how simple the design is, and how simple the functionality is.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Asana can serve as both a business platform and a more comprehensive agenda/to-do list for personal matters. I like how I can add followers and files, comment on project statuses and subtask items, and set due dates with due times and recurring time patterns. I really like the groups feature because it allows me to assign users to various projects and tasks. Also, how effective it is in tracking how the entire team is doing on a project by simply looking at the project assignment and history to see what everyone contributed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish they were less expensive or provided a more affordable plan. It would be great if they could add more effective methods of notifying me when I'm finished with an activity or reminding me when I have something to do. They could improve it by adding some sort of sound. I wish there were more color coding options for my assignments and/or projects, as the color matching feature could have been improved. They should think about adding a custom color slider to give me more options.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have someone who is extremely knowledgeable about project management, ask them to create all of the initial setups that Asana requires to organize all of the complex stuff within the app; once the rest of the team does, you will be able to use it with ease. It also serves as a tool for generating real-time data usage reports. I strongly recommend Asana for task and project management.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity

Task management made simple with Asana
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana is our go-to for online task management, reminders, and "online agenda" for virtual team conferences. Asana's user base spans both the technical and corporate spheres. Asana is extensively utilized across our company for a broad variety of activities since it is intuitive and does not need any additional software installations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When it comes to basic chores, Asana really shines, but it's not suitable for anything more complicated. But keep in mind that the bulk of the work is straightforward. For this reason, Asana is useful not just as a personal task management system but also as an online meeting agenda, an easy-to-use tool for allocating work, and a straightforward project management system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Asana is more of a task management app than a full-fledged project management solution. The user interface has various issues (not saving preferences, etc.). Support for third-party apps (like Microsoft's Office 365 and Project) If the time period you specified falls on a holiday, you will not receive a reminder.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana's ease of use is a major selling point, but no project management software is flawless. However, if you use something, any software is better than nothing. Creating a basic project, together with its associated tasks and subtasks, is a breeze. Project and task types can be used to filter the available display choices. You may get fantastic results just in your browser, no software installation required.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable

The best working tool for tracking team efforts
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana is a central hub for the entire company and its something that all teams can actually use. After trying Asana, I was up and running within an hour amd I credit the onboarding materials in particular. I read tutorials and got sample workflows. We are able to work cross-functionally, looping in product, sales, customer success, and leadership
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has the best structure for reporting. We attach screenshots and create a description template for all reports. I am able to create a Project that's divided into sections that make sense for my own case and use tasks to represent each piece of content
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can add subtasks to bring up multiple users into the loop but it's difficult to assign a task to multiple users. It could provide a better way to track employees working hours
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because Asana helps see everything that's being produced, it can help marketers infuse the content into different stages of the customer journey. It helps marketing teams stay on top of their calendars so they focus on telling compelling customer stories
