What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana continues to release new options to more expand its product and makes enhancements as necessary. What I’ve appreciated the foremost concerning asana is that it has an active community in the asana Community Forum with such a big amount of nice folks that facilitate notice solutions to common issues and more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The straightforward interface and its intuitive style permit users to become familiar from day one, minimizing the training curve. It doesn’t need a learning curve or the necessity to be a professional within the technological area for its use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Foremost it has a rather higher learning curve in comparison with its competitors, which might be compensated with sensible coaching videos and free certification by asana. I appreciate the asana Academy, however, there ought to be courses on completely different aspects of using it (project managers, daily use, productive powerhouse, marketers, and bloggers. Unlimited guests aren’t within the free tier, a big limitation for free users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Everything. I’m honestly known as the asana freak in my company. What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
The automation and the integration to other platforms. Being able to manage all of this via desktop or mobile with no features compromised is also a big plus.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The boards. I am a visual personal person. Seeing the tasks at first glance is great. The timeline feature is also very crucial for me, especially when working cross functionally. Getting assets on time and working within other teams timelines is important. This feature allows the team to communicate their to-dos.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is really nothing to dislike. In my opinion, if you dislike it you're using it wrong.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Utilize the resources sections. Its very beneficial to read through the features and really learn how to use the tool. It may take some time to make it pretty and customized to your needs - but when its ready, it will be the digital helper you never new you need.
