What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP - Manufacturing Edition from other similar products?
It is very user friendly unlike older tools & Cloud based, Customizable in terms of licensing cost. supports multiple application integration like Power BI, smartsheet, adobe etc. Easy to implement compared with other tools in the market. It replaces several separate unintegrated systems in our organization and has streamlined our operations significantly. Acumatica has been a great vendor from the sales process, through implementation, go live and after go live support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows client specific customization which is truly a game changer versus some of the other products out there that force you to use whatever shell they created.Flexibille in terms of deployments.. Supports almost all the industries, Totally Cloud environment is easy to use and access anywhere, Customer support is also good,
What do you dislike most about this product?
Product is still in a rapid growth cycle, Over customization can lead to a lengthy version upgrade process. Reporting is powerful but creating reports as an end user required significant knowledge of crystal reports and the back end of the software. There are still some features that require the use of multiple windows when it would make more sense to have all the information on one screen.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a good tool, User friendly & cost effective. Its Customer support is overall very good in terms of providing resolutions. I can highly recommend this tool for small or mid size organisations.Comparing with another competitors like Intuit, Oracle,Microsoft etc this tool is cheaper and customizable as per the industry needs and also customizable in terms of license cost - you pay for the features what you use.

What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP - Manufacturing Edition from other similar products?
I managed a different mid tier ERP (not SAP, Dynamics, or Oracle ERP) in the past from a large software vendor. I was worried ACM will be similarly frustrating. However, ACM's features are way above the one I used for 2 years. For nearly a year, I was the only one person managing the entire ERP platform (server maintenance, DB maintenance, data, BA, PgM, etc.) for my company, and it was doable because ACM is a lot different than the one I managed previously even though we are on private cloud. As a techie, I see shortcomings in ability to debug but I suspect with a trained C# developer, most organizations will be able to run the platform
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Support organization is super helpful. I have gotten help from colleagues in the US, Russia, Canada, and Sri Lanka. Any and all colleagues go above and beyond to help out
What do you dislike most about this product?
Limited capabilities. Having said that, this is still a evolving ERP. The company's leadership put in effort to take on larger more mature platforms and incorporate the functionalities
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are a a mid size company (150-1000 employees; 150 Million - 1 billion in revenue) and need to have each user on the system, ACM is for you. If you are on the smaller side, it is better to go for ACM's SaaS solution, else can go for private cloud (requires a DBA and server administrator). Most configurations can be done by analyst kind of person
