they provide a wide user base and also it is more reliable and easy to use

it provides differentiated or unique product features or vendor capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a bit costly from the other available options with almost same features, nothing else.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely suggest everyone to use this platform atleast once. I will grade it 8 out of 10.
