What differentiates Absorb LMS from other similar products?

The ability to support remote, field based employees who do not always have internet access. Support for office based employee is great, but the support for our field employees is what led us to choose Absorb.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's ease of use. From implementation, roll-out, and ongoing support. This was the smoothest roll out I have ever done, with very few challenges, and those were minor and quickly resolved. Ongoing support is exceptional as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be click heavy for admins. But, Absorb has a good product roadmap and they listen to their clients.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use their implementation services and client support. Both of been worth the extra money we spent.

What differentiates Absorb LMS from other similar products?

It is light-weight and nimble in installation with a positive user experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The user experience is top-notch!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting and assignment process are manual and one-at-a-time. We assign hundreds of courses at once and it can take over an hour.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider the limited features when comparing the lower-scale costs.

What differentiates Absorb LMS from other similar products?

Doesnt provide much features as per other market dominating LMS platforms. It is more specific to sales enablement teams, and not compitable with most of the 3rd party softwares which we use. It is also not having many AI features which other LMS in the market are providing.

Nothing in specific

What do you dislike most about this product?

Less features for content development.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Not to go with it as it is not having great features for content development and management.
