What differentiates Abacus from other similar products?
Abacus has an app in the iPhone and Google store that allows the user to enter receipts on the spot. No more losing those small pieces of paper
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Abacus emails you when an expense has been approved.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A check box allowing expenses from the same place and the same price would be great to avoid double entries
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Well suited when your sales team is remote. Our team travels a lot for sales calls, conferences, and in-person training and this App keeps a list so you can review staff expenses.

What differentiates Abacus from other similar products?
Abacus simplifies the management processes so that I can focus on other financial matters that require my full attention. It is an excellent tool that saves me time, is reliable and gives me fast and reliable results. Abacus allows me to have more control over expenses and reimbursements.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It analyzes expenses for me, it is a modern and efficient accounting tool. I can upload receipts from my cell phone since it has a very good and fluid mobile application. Just drag and drop. Easy to configure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The service so far has been good, I use it regularly, however the critical and complex work is done by me while Abacus gives me a hand with the rest. In conclusion, I have no complaints.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are considering using this product, I hope my review will help you make the right choice. I have had a good experience and will continue to use Abacus.
