Conflict is a normal part of working with others. Whether the outcome of a conflict is positive or negative depends on how the conflict is managed. In this training, people managers will learn to:
- Recognize the many roles that people managers take on in conflict management;
- Identify different conflict management approaches;
- Commit to building relationships, establishing trust, and communicating effectively, all of which are key to building a culture of healthy conflict management; and
- Create an action plan to continue their learning and development.
