The lack of leadership skills in non-executive levels is leading to lower employee engagement, employee dissatisfaction, and lack of promotable management. Training on leadership styles will enable managers to realize greater work group efficiency and effectiveness, as well as easily translate into improved business outcomes.

Use this training deck to:

  • Demonstrate the importance of mastering various leadership styles
  • Teach the six leadership styles that have been validated by research
  • Conduct self-assessment exercises to help participants become aware of current leadership styles
  • Apply knowledge through the use of case studies and review of own organizational leadership-style assessments
  • Help participants develop individual development plans to grow and develop a toolkit of leadership styles
