Use the Manage HR's Work workbook to:
- Document the organizational and HR strategies to ensure HR's work will support the organization in achieving its goals.
- Document HR’s work (i.e. HR processes, initiatives, and transactional tasks) for the current and next year and evaluate the urgency and impact of the work.
- Record key insights related to HR’s current capacity based on HR’s available time to complete work, headcount, amount of work, and competency.
- Select the method(s) which will be used to manage each of HR's work.
