Identifying the need to hire is one thing. Actually getting permission to hire is a different matter. Use this template to facilitate the approval process by documenting key information about the position for which you would like to hire. Include:

  • Details of the business case for the required position.
  • The job description.
  • Any special training requirements.

A brand new position should be clearly document. Use this form as a final checklist to make sure all of your ducks are in a row.
