The Customized HR Programs Tracking Tool is intended to be used by each project team to track their customized HR program’s success in meeting program goals at the regional level. To effectively use the tool, have the project team:
- Record the goals and metrics that will be used to measure the customized program's success.
- Set check-in dates for how often program metrics will be measured and reported.
- Document who must be informed about the customized HR program’s progress.
Complete a separate copy of this tool for each customized HR program by region as appropriate.
