What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
With very good results both for us and external companies making the best deals we would have ever thought of having, by having ZoomInfo SalesOS we've been able to find out when people are looking for our services and reach out to them to close some deals knowing how to be astute, this platform we use when it comes to company information as well as prospects and leads. The ZoomInfo sidebar in Chrome is super effective.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a very unique product in what it does a very solid product and its service offering is getting wider and wider, due to its unique lead search engine and more to be able to close a deal, focusing on what your customers want and what features they will use to offer them a better product and a more agile system., it has several integrations, but still it is very unique.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although it is an excellent platform that has helped us its cost is very high for us as small businesses that want to start and find the right customers and eliminating obsolete contacts with which no longer proceed to any agreement and offer better credit.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We also had our doubts when we started and we used their customer service which has a solid customer service team, and I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to use a system like this and is willing to spend the money as an investment and then get it back in future business.

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
We have been using this software for a few months now and it has really helped us to find potential clients and companies that are really interested in our services. The technology it uses to capture those potential clients and the accurate segmentation, allows us to get accurate data, which leads us to find bigger clients and close many more deals quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform generates in real time, accurate data of purchase intention of our services, in interested companies, as well as the necessary information to contact those companies and start conversations to generate more sales. It also allows us to follow up with those potential clients and to know which are the inconveniences that are causing the deal not to be closed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have noticed some inconveniences with the data that the program gives us to contact the companies, since some of these data are outdated, preventing the contact. I would also like that the companies that they have in their database and that they provide us with as potential clients, are also medium-sized companies and not only big companies.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We use ZoomInfo every day as our primary outbound prospecting tool. It helps us supplement our lead data with contact information, including job title, email, phone number, etc. We also use various features such as Organization Chart, My Source and Intentions to add value to our prospecting. We also upload customer/contact lists to match companies using the ListMatch tool. ZoomInfo is great for any type of outbound prospecting you need to supplement your current lead data with more up-to-date information. It allows you to connect to your CRM with a single click and bulk import directly into Salesforce or Salesloft.

What do you dislike most about this product?
It has so much it's overwhelming and not very intuitive but I dislike support and training the most as they blatantly ignored us after our purchase

Push for the most training so you can fully leverage it for sales
