What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
It offers a similar suite to google but includes additional tools for sales and finance which other software suites don't have.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy the privacy aspects about zoho, they put the customer first and respect their security needs as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike how some of their products have old and not so user friendly UI and UX. It would be amazing if all of zohos tools would stand up to the competition while offering the same core features for example with their mail product or sheets (excel competitor)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd highly recommend dokng a small rollout of zoho before going all in. Essentially, set it up for yourself and one colleague and then compare the toolkit to your existing ones before rolling out further.

The product. It's super customizable, and super difficult to find somebody to customize it well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you can afford it, start with something that fits you well out of the box. Or spend the rest of your natural days customizing this.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
There are multiple aspects of Zoho CRM that differentate them from similar options. But customer service is first! NEVER have I had such valued customer service with a software product. When I ask for help, they are right there to assist. Trust me, I ask for help a lot. The next is customization. They give you a raw CRM that with very little effort, you can turn into a customized CRM that revolves around your business! To top that, the CRM is so flexible, you can constantly evolve the CRM around your evolving business model. I've changed my model a few times and each time, Zoho CRM rose to the challenge. I use mine for Real Estate!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration of contacts/leads to direct communication. Send an email, click of a button. Send a text, click of a button. Everything is right there. Plus if you are smart, you'll sign up for Zoho One and get a Zoho system that 99% of the other CRM's can't touch. Campaigns, Social Media, Books... The list goes on! Zoho is constantly adding products, thus allowing your business to adapt and expand.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have many dislikes but one is the formula fields that you can build, don't let you add upon themselves. So if I generate a formula with sales price x commission, the field shows the commission. But I can't use that field in another formula, thus making formulas very long and complicated. Not something you can't over come, just a little longer to fully implement. Zoho should add a dummy field that holds that value and allows other formulas to reference that dummy field.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get the Zoho one suite. You will Thank me! The suite of tools is amazing. You can run your entire business off of Zoho One applications.
