What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Zoho CRM has wider features that any application provide. also its more beneficial when you are using zoho suite , i mean the zoho applications with integration like zoho mail, marketing , etc

campaign segmentation,Real time notification , email alerts , wiki and customizable fields are helps to achieve the goals

What do you dislike most about this product?

The workflow sometimes became quite tricky to derive , but with the use and team support we can drive it smoothly

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If the organisation more focusing on marketing campaigns , social ,,edia monitoring along with provided feature then they should definitialy choose zoho CRM

The biggest USP is having a great Ecosystem which will help the seamless integration of all the ZOHO Apps internally.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Great UI & UX design which will be self-explanatory.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Data exporting from CRM costs high in Zoho CRM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are in the Zoho ecosystem the additional advantage for you is, you can create related links from the creator so that you don't need to import every report. Other features like Mailing templates, Zia and so on are productive tools to grow. The Different set of reports that CRM generates by itself gives the customer another perspective to look into the problem so that managers can take concrete decisions & right approach to solve the existing problem. The heart of the CRM would typically be Workflows & Blueprints. We can create Workflow (i.e., Defining Processes) so that every employee in the organisation is on the same page.
