What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Wrike is frequently enhancing and delivering new components to deal with business wants that we can add partners to help with any developing partner commitment and correspondence by giving them access simply to the items that they have to see. The flexibility to feature tasks to completely different team members to form them in command of a selected step in a process which we can include members of the entire organization. The web-based interface provides a straightforward way to launch (no code to install). Additionally, it’s straightforward to feature individuals to the project (add them to the project with an email address, and Wrike will.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I just like the task assignments, collaboration, alert emails, and above all Wrike analytics. I additionally like the fact that you’ll produce a custom flow for tasks. The benefit of access and therefore the training, genuinely second to none! It makes project management an option for each business regardless of your size. The blueprints (templates) are ready-made and offered to facilitate the ease and construction of building up your team. Wrike helps me keep all future projects organized. I relish having the ability to tag individuals and send email alerts to stay projects on track. Internal team communication is far additional efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The folders will get confusing and sharing a master folder with individuals doesn’t share the sub-folders, which means you have got to manually share every subfolder that they can see all details. The dashboard feature can get confusing unless you have training. I’d recommend is that if there was a way to integrate even more platforms while not employing a third party like Zapier. I’d like to see them integrate with Marketo for example.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure that you’ve got a thought of your workflows so that you’ll be able to get the foremost out of using Wrike.

  • Continually Improving Product
